Decontracting Massage Course
Decontracting massage stimulates the micro-blood circulation, loosening contractions and muscle tensions, even psychological in nature. The muscles of the back, neck (cervical) and shoulders regain their physiological elasticity and tone allowing fluid movements and complete freedom. The Decontracting Massage Course teaches advanced and, at the same time, myo-relaxing and draining treatment. The massage technique is divided into two distinct phases that are performed at different times and with different intentions. The mental and physical health of man is essential to maintain a healthy body and be able to perform at best any activity, whether it is a sport or everyday work. Postural alterations and psychological problems are widespread today and their relevance not only affects sports, but also in daily life. The technique taught in the Decontracting Massage Course finds a fundamental application in sport as it helps to improve performance. It works deeply on contractions, it is useful to prepare specific muscle areas to perform certain activities, through maneuvers that stimulate blood circulation, thus increasing the oxygen supply to the muscles. In addition, after performance, it has a myo-relaxing, draining and decongestant action and promotes physical recovery. Finally, it can be very useful for those who do not practice competitive sports, to ease even deeper tensions.
