Ayurveda Massage Course
Ayurvedic Massage was born in India about 5000 years ago, as a holistic technique to restore a balance between mind and body, stimulating above all the energy centers of theorganism, the so-called chakras.
Ayurvedic medicine provided, in fact, a technique of manipulation as a means to achieve the goal of perfect harmony between the psyche and body matter. According to tradition, it was the creative deity Brahma who gifted it to the gods and men, to heal diseases and spread well-being.
The ayurveda full massage is a global massage that includes the manipulation of the body, head, face, with the help of a warm oil, which must be gradually dropped from head to toe, with regular movements, emphasizing manipulation in certain areas of the suffering body and practicing an intense movement of energy stimulation on the chakras.
Muscles and tissues are involved in this massage, which gives a strong well-being to the body and mind, also favoring the quality of night sleep.
As an alternative, there is also an Ayurvedic lymph drainage massage called Phenakam, which works by eliminating toxins within an overloaded organism, especially with regard to hard-to-assimilation food, alcohol and medicines.
Through manual massage, lymphatic circulation is stimulated towards the lymph nodes present at the attachment of the neck, armpits, groin and abdomen – real filters to eliminate toxins.
The Ayurveda Professional Massage Course proposed by HBBA is aimed at all those working in the aesthetic, holistic and SPA fields.
The goal of the training day is to convey tools, methods and guidelines, as well as specific concepts and skills, on how to perform this treatment correctly.
